Julie Perkinson-Carpenter

Julie Perkinson-Carpenter has a diverse and progressive career in human resources. Julie is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Everon since October 2023. Prior to that, Julie worked at ADT for over two decades, starting as a Director of Field Human Resources in 1998 and eventually rising to Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their tenure at ADT, Julie held various roles, including Senior HR Business Partner for the Residential Business and HR Director/Employee Relations. Julie led HR functions for multiple regions, managed employee relations, and provided strategic support to sales and service teams. Julie's experience spans across a wide range of HR activities, with a particular focus on business partnering, people strategy, and managing teams.

Julie Perkinson-Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences from Chapman University in 1998, followed by a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources, also from Chapman University, which they completed in 1998.
