Kwame Williams

Kwame Williams has extensive work experience in the operations and security industry. Kwame currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Everon, starting in 2024. Prior to this, they worked at ADT Commercial as the Regional Vice President- Central, from June 2021 to January 2024. Before that, they held various roles at Red Hawk Fire&Security, including Sr. Director of Operations and Region Manager- Southeast. Kwame also has experience at SimplexGrinnell as a Sr. Project Manager and Design Manager, and at ADT as an Information Technology intern.

Kwame Williams received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University from 2000 to 2005. Kwame then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Nova Southeastern University from 2005 to 2007. In addition, Kwame obtained a certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in 2022.
