Joshua Goldman

Joshua Goldman has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Law Clerk at Ginarte, O'Dwyer, Gonzalez, Gallardo & Winograd, LLP, where they drafted legal documents, conducted research, and assisted with civil litigation cases. In 2015, they joined Nippon Life Benefits as an Assistant General Counsel, overseeing compliance and advising on various acts such as the ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA. At New York Life Insurance Company, they served as an Associate Counsel and later as an Assistant General Counsel, providing legal support for insurance product development, counseling on E-Commerce matters, and advising on advertising materials. In 2022, Joshua became the Head of Legal at Eversurance, managing legal operations for a direct-to-consumer agency. Currently, they are working at EverQuote as the Associate General Counsel for Sales, Business Development & Analytics, providing legal guidance on commercial contracts and agreements.

Joshua Goldman received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Certificate in Conflict Management from The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, which they obtained in May 2012. Later, they attended St. John's University School of Law from 2012 to 2015, earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
