Franco Spraggins

Franco S. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Franco has held positions as a Senior Associate and Regulatory Compliance Analyst at DeVry Education Group from 2009 to 2014.
