Heather Osgood

Heather Osgood has a long and varied career in business and real estate. Heather began their career in 1996 as an Account Executive at RalstonGroup (now Citrus). In 1999, they moved to Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant. In 2001, they became a Real Estate Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker. In 2004, they took on the role of Community Marketing Manager at RiverRim for Newland Communities. In 2005, they became the Marketing Manager for Caldera Springs and Sunriver Realty at Sunriver Resort. In 2008, they were hired as the Marketing/Communications Manager at The Northwest School. In 2010, they started their own business, Heather Osgood Real Estate, where they represented the builder/developer of Oregon’s first Active Adult Resort Community, managed the marketing and sales efforts for Caldera Springs in Sunriver, Oregon, opened five residential communities in the Seattle area for a California-based developer, and specialized in Equestrian & Farm/Ranch properties and acreage estates. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Business Operations Manager at Everscore, where they are creating an online marketplace that connects curious consumers to the most innovative brands.

Heather Osgood attended Beaverton High School and graduated in 1996. Heather then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Santa Clara University.
