Charu Gulati

Charu Gulati is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Group Head of Human Resources at Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited since August 2017, Charu previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at IDFC Bank, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner for the COO and Project Manager for HR Advisory Products. Prior to IDFC Bank, Charu was Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at GENPACT, overseeing HR operations across various locations and ensuring integration with the parent organization.
