Frank Acca

Frank Acca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client services management. Currently serving as the Client Services and Operations Manager at EverView since June 2018, Frank leads client care efforts for digital solutions in billing, payments, and customer engagement. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Business Development at Cleaning Systems Co. and Director of Procurement and Operations at D&J Industries, where Frank was instrumental in strategic business development and operational improvements. Frank also has a background in technology staffing from MISI Co., LTD, where oversight of the NYC operations was conducted, and held a significant role in capital markets technology at Lehman Brothers. Frank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from Pace University.
