Carl Cope (JD)

Carl (JD) Cope is a seasoned professional in operations and intelligence analysis, currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at EverWatch since November 2022. Prior roles include Operations Integrator for the US Army Futures Command and Senior Intelligence Analyst for the US Army Strategy Support Element. Carl's extensive experience within the US Army includes leadership positions such as Senior Analyst and Fusion Chief at the 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Deputy Chief and Senior Analyst at US Army Central Command, and Lead All Source Instructor at Fort Hood Foundry. Carl also held various intelligence roles from 2001 to 2012, culminating in the position of All Source Intelligence Analyst and Non-Commissioned Officer. Academically, Carl earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University between 2012 and 2016.
