Mark Herbert

Mark Herbert currently serves as the Strategic Competition Action Officer at EverWatch since August 2023 and as a Senior Strategic Analyst at Vectrona since October 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Strategic Analyst at Mesmo, Inc. from October 2019 to September 2021. Mark has an extensive background in strategic planning within the United States Army, where involvement spans from August 2015 to the present, including roles as a Business Enterprise Strategist and Strategic Policy Planner in the Army's Office of Business Transformation. In these roles, Mark focuses on aligning Army strategy and policy with improved business practices to enhance processes and programs across the Army Enterprise.
