Matt Womble

Matt Womble is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of EverWatch. Matt has dedicated their life to public service and fighting for justice.

Matt Womble started their career as a Special Agent for the FBI in November 1996. Matt worked in the Criminal Division until September 2000. Matt then became a Criminal Prosecutor for the Office of the Attorney General in Rhode Island from September 1995 to November 1996. In August 1994, they started working as an Associate Attorney for Edwards & Angell.

In 2001, Matt Womble co-founded EverWatch Capital, a private equity firm specializing in investments in homeland security and defense companies. In 2003, they co-founded EverWatch Financial, an investment banking firm that provides financing and advisory services to homeland security and defense companies.

Matt Womble is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia.

Matt Womble has a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and a BA in Business from Texas Christian University.
