Divya Sooryakumar

Divya Sooryakumar is a seasoned professional in the fields of program management and women's empowerment, currently serving as Vice President of Programs and Impact at Every Mother Counts since April 2024. Additionally, Divya holds the position of Board Co-Chair at FRIDA | The Young Feminist Fund and is an active Board Member for Free to Run. As an Advisor for Parity Lab and a former Director of Grantmaking at MADRE, Divya has extensive experience in grant management and program development. Divya's earlier roles include Strategic Communications Manager at IDinsight and Program Manager at SEWA Bharat, alongside a foundational experience as an Indicorps Fellow with Chhoti Si Asha. Divya earned a Master's Degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University.
