Sush Marambe

Sush Marambe is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Operations Branch Manager at Everyday Loans since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sush held various positions at Welcome Financial Services Ltd from January 2003 to August 2018, notably as Senior Operations Branch Manager in Darlington, where responsibility included managing over £25 million in receivables and enhancing branch performance to the top 20% in six months. Sush has also excelled as Area Manager and Senior Branch Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and operational strategy skills to improve key performance indicators and customer service.
