Alex Kissel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Everyday Speech since August 2021, Alex is responsible for customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, while also scaling customer success management teams. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Customer Success & Support Teams at Equal Learning Fund, where Alex contributed to equitable educational opportunities as a Board Member. Alex's diverse background includes positions such as Operational Service Director at International Student Exchange, Director of Operations at UTP High Schools, and Disaster Mental Health Worker with the American Red Cross. Educationally, Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Master's of Science in School Psychology from St. John's University.
