Esha Cyril

Esha Cyril is currently a Strategic Advisor at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures since August 2024, focusing on early-stage accelerators. Esha holds a position as a Healthcare & Financial Analyst at Arcana Recovery and serves as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Esha is also an accomplished athlete with USA Racquetball, recognized as a multiple-time Team USA Athlete, 15-time National Medalist, and holder of 4 International Titles and 2 US Open Titles. Additionally, Esha advocates for rare diseases as a Legislative Advocate for the EveryLife Foundation, notably proposing the California Hepatitis Screening Bill to Senator Kamala Harris’ team. Esha gained experience interning at the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University, promoting hepatitis awareness among Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Esha is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Economics at The Johns Hopkins University, following an IB Diploma from Quarry Lane School.
