Raluca Stoica

Raluca Stoica is a Key Account Manager and Fraud Payments Analyst at EveryMatrix since April 2020, where responsibilities include monitoring transactional activities for fraudulent patterns, conducting market analysis, and managing communications with payment vendors and clients. Previously, Raluca worked at Alpha Bank Romania from May 2017 to April 2020, serving as a Fraud Analyst in the Card Division, focusing on E-commerce and POS transaction security, and collaborating with international card organizations and law enforcement on fraud cases. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection from the University of Bucharest. Additionally, Raluca has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science from Liceul Teoretic ,,Iancu C. Visarion".
