Adriana Hurtado-Larsen has extensive work experience in payroll management, equity administration, and human resources. Adriana is currently the Director of Payroll & Stock Admin at EVgo since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HubSpot as a Senior Manager, Payroll Transformation & Stock Plan Administration from 2021 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at Paylocity, including Senior Manager Payroll & Equity Administration and Manager, Payroll & Stock Options. Adriana started their career as a Financial Associate at Mondelēz International in 2007 and also worked as a Market & Financial Analyst at Constructora Melendez from 2002 to 2003. Adriana Hurtado-Larsen, CEP, MBA has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, earned between 1998 and 2003. In 2005 and 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Illinois State University. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified Equity Professional from Santa Clara University.
