Katie Fox, MSc, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie currently holds the position of Director of Delivery Operations at Evidation, a health and measurement company. Prior to this, they served as the Lead of Delivery Operations and Senior Manager of Program Delivery at the same organization. Katie also worked as a Manager of Solutions & Delivery, where they contributed to Evidation's mission of enabling individuals to participate in better health outcomes.
Before joining Evidation, Katie co-founded wayOUT, an organization focused on supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Katie played a significant role in the company from its inception in 2017 until 2021.
Katie's career in the public health sector includes roles at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and the Rwanda Zambia HIV Research Group. At UCSF, they worked as a Program Manager and Program Coordinator for the Malaria Elimination Initiative, as well as a Research Analyst. Katie also served as a Program Manager for the Zambia Emory HIV Research Project at the Rwanda Zambia HIV Research Group.
Other experiences in their career include roles as an Education Program Analyst at UCSF Global Health Sciences, a Global Health Policy Analyst at the Evidence to Policy Initiative (E2Pi), a Global Health Consultant at UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, and a Graduate Student at UCSF Global Health Sciences.
Katie's early professional experiences include roles at Disney ABC Television Group as a SOAPnet Sales Planner and Network Sales Assistant, and at the New York Stock Exchange as a Marketing & Advertising Intern.
Katie Fox, MSc, obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Global Health Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology at Bucknell University from 2006 to 2010. Katie also had a brief study abroad experience in International Public Health/International Health at the University of Cape Town in 2009.
