Matthieu Cafede

Matthieu Cafede currently serves as Directeur Technique Adjoint at EVIDENCE HABITAT UNIVERSEL, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of technical managers and construction economists. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Directeur Travaux at Groupe Edouard Denis, managing a multidisciplinary team in the Lille agency. Matthieu's diverse experience encompasses roles such as Directeur Technique for CAPELLI, where oversight extended from design to project completion, as well as Maitre d'ouvrage Responsable Technique at Bouygues Immobilier, focusing on cost management and project planning. Matthieu also co-managed BC BATIMENT, directed construction and interior works at Ramery, and contributed to various projects at DEMATHIEU BARD and Eiffage Génie Civil. Matthieu holds a DUT in Génie Civil from I.U.T. Bethune, acquired between 2007 and 2009.
