Carl-Adam Hernvall

Carl-Adam Hernvall is a System Engineer at Evidente since September 2023, with extensive experience in system design and engineering. Previously, Carl-Adam worked at Volvo Cars from September 2015 to September 2023, holding various positions including Senior System Designer for Environmental Perception & System Architecture, First Design Engineer for Autonomous Drive, and Scrum Master for Body Electronics. Carl-Adam also served as System Responsible and Function Realization Responsible for the Visibility system and contributed as a System Design Engineer focused on the Exterior Lighting system. Prior experience includes a position as a System Engineer at Infotiv and serving as a supervisor for a design project at Chalmers University of Technology. Carl-Adam's Master's thesis addressed the efficiency of rescue boats and led to the development of the Rescuerunner water scooter. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems, Control & Mechatronics from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
