Carole Adams

Carole Adams is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in billing and settlements management. Currently serving as the Billing and Settlements Manager at eviivo since September 2013, Carole oversees the Billing & Settlements Team and plays a key role in the design and implementation of a bespoke Billing System, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and reconciliation of payments from various sources. Prior to this, Carole held several roles at IntraLinks, where responsibilities spanned from managing international billing operations to leading the global Billing Help Desk. Additional experiences include positions in credit control and administration across multiple organizations, complemented by a First Class Honors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Leicester.
