Tashona Williams

TaShona Williams, MIM, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Evinced since January 2023, while also working as a Statistician for the Dallas Wings and Texas Legends. Williams has previously held roles in customer success at InfluxData and Rasa, where strategic coordination with enterprise clients and management of substantial revenue were key responsibilities. A background in technical account management at Yardi involved delivering quality support and collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Williams began a career in customer experience at Distinguished Programs and previously contributed to game day operations and community relations with the Texas Legends. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
