Katherine Blackmon

Katherine Blackmon currently serves as the Manager of Pharmaceutical Contracting at Evio, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Katherine was with Blue Shield of California from February 2003 to May 2021, where roles included Sr. Program Manager and various positions focused on pharmaceutical contracting, including managing over 80 drug manufacturer rebate contracts, developing negotiation strategies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Katherine's expertise encompasses the execution of pharmacy initiatives aimed at cost savings, leading financial audits, and maintaining collaborative relationships across departments. Katherine began their career at Kaiser Permanente in roles such as Pharmacy Analyst and Pharmacy Technician, contributing to the management and enhancement of pharmacy information systems. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
