Yusr Sadat

Yusr Sadat is an Implementation & Technical Support Junior at eVision. Yusr previously worked as a customer success QA and technical support engineer with FlairsTech and Upland Software. Yusr is responsible for monitoring and fixing servers, and restarting them when needed. Yusr also checks for quality of service the client received.

Yusr Sadat completed their IGCSE at Elwy British International Schools and then went on to study Computer Science at Cairo University.

They are on a team with Suzan Ahmed - Senior Implementation & Technical Support Engineer, Mazen Alaa - Implementation & Technical support Engineer, and Mohamed Sanad - Implementation & Technical Support Junior. Their manager is Amr Shaaban, Implementation & Technical Support Manager.
