Laura Flugga

Laura Flugga has been working in the field of digital experience for over 15 years. Laura began their career as a freelance Interactive Designer in 2004, and then joined Güd Marketing in 2009 as an Interactive Designer. In 2015, they joined Trone Brand Energy, where they held the roles of User Experience Designer, Senior User Experience Strategist, and Director of Digital Experience. In 2020, they joined Envestnet | Yodlee as a Senior Product Designer, where they were responsible for creating and driving the user experience of products and mobile apps. Laura worked closely with Product Management, Development, and Engineering to create new features that were intuitive and user-friendly. Key achievements included designing and launching a new mobile app, upgrading Yodlee’s customer portal, and leading user research efforts. Laura is currently employed as a Senior Product Designer at eVisit.

Laura Flugga obtained a B.A. in Graphic Design from The University of Findlay between 2001 and 2005. Laura then went on to pursue a M.A. in Interactive Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design between 2005 and 2009. In October 2017, they obtained an NNG UX Certification (Specialization in User Research) from the Nielsen Norman Group.
