Sari Helander

Sari Helander has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as CFO and Head of Group Functions at Ramirent Group since May 2021. Helander is also a Board Member at Enersense International Oyj and Evli Bank Plc, with previous positions including Board Member at Netum Oy and Partner/CEO at Greenstep. A former SVP of Logistics Solutions at Posti Group Oyj, Helander has a strong background in financial planning and reporting from a long career at Nokia Corporation, culminating in roles such as VP of Financial Planning & Reporting. Early career experience includes positions at Helsingin Tilikartta Oy and Interbank. Helander holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Aalto University and is pursuing Corporate Level Strategy at Harvard Business School.
