Tom Smith

Tom Smith has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Tom currently works as an Ambassador for Beauty Backed. Prior to that, they held the position of Artist at Olaplex Inc. and Trend Consultant at Henkel. From 2017, they served as the International Creative Director at Evo, where they led creative and technical direction, supported curriculum development, and created content for their audience. Before that, they worked as the Creative Director at BILLI CURRIE LIMITED. Tom also had a role as an Expert Judge for Stylist Magazine's Beauty Awards in 2023. Additionally, they worked as an Educator for Olaplex Inc. from 2015 to 2019.
