Serena Vogel currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Recruiting and Retention at EVO Transportation since December 2020, following roles as Vice President of Recruiting and Retention at the City of Prairie Village and various safety and recruitment positions at Double VV Inc., Stone Trucking, and EventLoop. With extensive experience in safety management, compliance, and recruitment, Serena has held leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Vice President of Safety & Compliance at Stone Trucking and Director of Safety and Driver Development at ORTRAN. As a City Council Member for Ward 2, Serena engages in community governance while emphasizing safety as a shared responsibility in all operations.
