Joy Olsen

Joy Olsen is a dedicated educator and multifaceted professional with experience in teaching, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Teacher at Seattle Public Schools and a Sales representative at evo since November 2022, Joy also has a rich background as a River Guide for OARS Companies, Inc. since January 2022 and previously taught at Tacoma Public Schools from March 2021 to February 2023. As the Founder of Email Gains, Joy developed an effective email marketing service for ecommerce companies, and held the position of Senior Email Campaign Manager at Ecom Growers from November 2020 to May 2021. Joy's expertise in lead generation was demonstrated at The Vegan Gym, while experience as a Communication Instructor Assistant at Western Washington University refined skills in lesson planning and public speaking. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Writing and a minor in Environmental Studies from Western Washington University, and is pursuing a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching at Western Governors University.
