Xandy Anderson (Black)

Xandy Anderson (Black) has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. They began their career at Skjersaa's in 2004, working in a retail role until 2006. They then joined Altrec.com, where they worked as both an Assistant Buyer and later as an Apparel/Outerwear/Accessories Buyer until 2013. In 2013, Xandy joined DAKINE as the Merchandise Manager before being promoted to VP Merchandising in 2014. They worked in this role until 2019 when they joined Dakine Equipment as the VP of Product & Merchandising. Currently, Xandy is the Head of Vertical Product at evo, a position they have held since 2022.

Xandy Anderson (Black) earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Statistics, and Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Xandy attended the university from 2001 to 2004.
