Samuel P. Yenne

Sam Yenne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in biotechnology and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Metalytics, Inc., Sam has previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Maverick Biofuels, Inc. since 2008, focusing on converting economically constrained methane-rich gas into alternative fuels. Additionally, Sam has been VP of Development at Trana Discovery, Inc. since 2005, managing product development in RNA-based antimicrobial technology. With a history of senior roles across multiple organizations, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Metalytics, and Director of Product Development at Metabolon, Sam has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive innovation and strategic implementation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology from Virginia Tech, and a BS in Soil Science from the University of Idaho.
