Narine Malkhasyan has over a decade of experience in customer service and support roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Specialist in the ATM and POS Terminals division and Head of Customer Support Service at Evocabank since March 2017, Narine is responsible for employee function allocation and enhancing profitability through effective marketing strategies aligned with call center operations. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Service and Consultation Group at CJSC VTB Bank (Armenia) from October 2011 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales and service through calls. Narine began a career at the Central Bank of Armenia in the Statistical Department, conducting sociological surveys and inflation reviews. Educational background includes a degree from MSGA, completed in 2009.
