Michel Galeazzi

Michel Galeazzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as a member of the Mid-Market Council at Invest Europe since April 2024, Michel also co-founded and serves as a partner at Evoco AG, a private equity investment firm specializing in portfolio acquisitions. An active mentor to MBA students at IMD Business School since January 2017, Michel previously held key positions at HgCapital as Associate Director and at 3i Group plc as an Associate. Early career roles include investment-related positions at UBS Investment Bank and internships at 3i Group plc, coupled with military leadership experience in the Swiss Armed Forces. Michel holds an MBA from IMD and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Bern, among other educational qualifications. Notably, Michel contributed to the constitutional renewal commission for the Canton of St. Gallen from 1995 to 1998.
