Vicki Schmidt

Vicki Schmidt, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Business Partner at Evolent since August 2014, following the acquisition of Vital Decisions in 2021. Vicki’s extensive experience includes multiple roles at The Mentor Network from April 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities ranged from Clinical Recruiter to Senior Human Resources Manager, focusing on employee hiring and performance supervision. Previous roles include Social Worker at Heartland Hospice, Graduate Social Work Intern/Social Worker at Hospice of Palm Beach County, and Program Counselor at The Chrysalis Center, all of which involved direct client support and psychosocial care. Vicki holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Barry University, a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
