James W. has over 30 years of work experience, with expertise in information technology. James is currently the Head of Information Technology at Evolito Ltd since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Director at Caudwell Marine from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for IT strategy and execution, as well as vessel electronic systems and telematics. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of IT at RLC Aerospace Limited, contributing to the overall business strategy and operations. Before that, they were the Global IT Director at GKN Wheels and Structures from 2017 to 2019, leading the IT strategy and operations across multiple manufacturing plants. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Galliford Try, including Head of IT Business Solutions and Head of IT / Change Manager at Linden Homes. James also has experience at Jaguar Land Rover, where they worked in different positions such as Senior IT Business Relationship Manager, Applications Manager, and IT Manager - Marketing IT. Additionally, they served as the Head of Information Technology at the British Motor Museum and started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they held various IT management positions.

James W. has a BSc Hons in Computing Science from Aston University. James also holds a CITP, CEng, MBCS degree from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, they completed the High Performance Leaders Programme at Cranfield School of Management. Moreover, they obtained a PPL (SEP), IR(r) in Aircraft Pilot (Private) from South Warkwickshire Flying School.
