Morgane LE GUILCHER is an experienced professional in human resources and quality, safety, security, and environment (QSSE), currently serving as Directrice RH and Directrice QSSE / Achats Logistique / RH at EVOLUCARE since March 2016. Prior to this, Morgane held various roles at Bureau Veritas from September 2002 to March 2016, including Chef de Projets QSSE, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical qualifications, safety competencies, and subcontractor oversight for the France Zone. Additional roles included Animatrice QSSE, focusing on management system oversight and internal audits, as well as Consultante Sûreté de Fonctionnement, specializing in reliability calculations for industrial processes. Morgane holds an engineering degree in Industrial Systems Engineering with a focus on safety and environmental management from Université de Technologie de Troyes.
