Rashmi Joshi

Rashmi Joshi's work experience starts with their current position as a Program Manager at EvoluteIQ, a technology company focused on hyperautomation. In this role, they utilize the company's e.IQ Platform to integrate various technologies, such as low-code/no-code, AI, ML, IOT, RPA Integration, Blockchain, and data processing.

Before joining EvoluteIQ, Rashmi held several positions at Quadwave Consulting Pvt Ltd. Rashmi served as the Program Manager of Products and Head of PMO from October 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager from April 2013 to September 2018, a Project Coordinator from April 2008 to March 2013, and a Quality Lead from June 2007 to March 2008.

Rashmi also has work experience with Netkode, where they worked as a Quality Lead from April 2006 to May 2007, and as a Quality Engineer from July 2005 to March 2006. Rashmi started their career at Itreya Technologies as a Quality Engineer from March 2004 to May 2005, and as a Quality Trainee from February 2003 to February 2004.

Additionally, Rashmi worked at Central Depository Services (India) Limited as an Assistant Manager-IT from June 1999 to May 2000, and at Zenith Computers as a Network Engineer from March 1998 to January 1999. Rashmi began their professional journey at Oasys as an Engineer from August 1995 to December 1997.

Rashmi Joshi completed their schooling from Karnataka Education Board Higher Secondary School in Dharwad, from 1982 to 1992. Rashmi then pursued a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from K H Kabbur Institute for Engineering and Technology, from 1992 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Rashmi Joshi also obtained several certifications. In 2006, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from the Indian Testing Board. In 2017, they completed the PMP® Certification Training Course from LearnSmart, and also became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute in the same year.
