Russ Peterson is currently the Regional Manager at Evolution Sustainability Group, bringing with him years of experience as the Owner/Principal Broker of Russ Peterson Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, Russ held the position of Senior Director, Stabilized Asset Management at Standard Communities and Regional Vice President at Pinnacle an American Management Services Co. With a background in business administration from the University of North Dakota, Russ has a proven track record in assisting multifamily property owners, developers, and operators in improving efficiency, profitability, and growth. Additionally, Russ was also the Co-Owner of Affinity Property Management, a full-service third party property management firm in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
