Joctan Arenas

Joctan Arenas is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and mobile device management. Currently serving as Lead Support Engineer at T-Systems México since March 2020, Joctan also works as an MDM Support Engineer for Evolucione Expertos en Capital Humano since December 2018. Previous roles include MDM Product Analyst at Mobizen from November 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Airwatch application and supporting major clients.
