Adolfo Caffarena

Adolfo Caffarena is currently a Client Partner at Evolve Partners LLC, a change consultancy focused on helping organizations achieve Operational Excellence. Prior to this, Adolfo held positions such as Manufacturing Operational Excellence Leader at The Sustainable Improvement Group, OPEX Project Manager at RLG International, and General Manager at various companies. Adolfo has a strong background in performance improvement, lean six sigma, and operational excellence. The individual holds an MBA in Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business, a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from St. Mary's University.
