Lena Florance

Lena Florance is a highly experienced education professional currently serving as Center Manager at Evolve Education Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lena worked as an Early Childhood Education Tutor at NZMA from September 2019 to December 2022 and founded Baby & Beyond, where Lena served as CEO and Wellington Baby Sleep Consultant from April 2012 to December 2022. Lena also contributed as a Childbirth Educator at Wellington North Parents Center from March 2004 to February 2017. Lena's educational background includes a Diploma of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Wellington College of Education, advanced studies for teachers, and a Certificate in Adult Tertiary Teaching and Learning from NZMA.
