Andrew Novella

Andrew Novella has over two decades of experience in property management and housing services, currently serving as Team Leader for Property Services at Evolve Housing since July 2012. In addition to this role, Andrew has held various positions including Acting Property Services Manager, Regional Technical Officer for Specialist Disability Accommodation Properties, and multiple acting team leadership roles. Prior to Evolve Housing, Andrew worked as Housing Manager at Affordable Community Housing Limited and Cumberland Housing Co-op Ltd, and gained foundational experience in property management and sales at PRDnationwide and Starr Partners.
