Carrie Ann Lumsden CIHCM is a seasoned professional in the housing sector, currently serving as Program Manager - Projects and Partnerships at Evolve Housing since February 2019, where Carrie Ann has also held roles as Project Delivery Housing Manager and Housing Manager.
