Benjamin Silver has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles in the telecommunications and technology industry.

- From 2020 to present, they have been serving as the Director of Client Services at Evolve IP. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager, where they focused on maximizing client satisfaction and return on investment in EvolveIP's products and solutions.

- From 2018 to 2020, Benjamin served as the Director of Technology Business Development at iSpace Environments.

- Starting in 2012, they founded and served as the President of Silver Communications, where they specialized in providing telecommunication services and solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

- Benjamin also gained experience as a Department Manager of Network Order Processing at POPP Communications from 2011 to 2012.

- From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Service Coordinator - Lead at Cbeyond, where they handled daily service coordination tasks and acted as a subject matter expert for system/process changes and improvements.

Benjamin Silver obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Capella University, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer and Voice Networking from Alexandria Technical College, graduating in the years 1998 to 2000.
