Bill Reidinger

Bill Reidinger is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history in the telecommunications industry. Bill started their career at Lyrio LLC in 2005 as a Senior ShoreTel Engineer, where they were responsible for building servers and systems for customer installations, configuring hardware and software, and performing network assessments. In 2008, Bill joined Evolve IP as a Project Manager/Technician, managing customer implementations and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Bill later took on roles as a Voip Engineer, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and as a Senior Field Engineer, conducting site surveys, installing customer premise equipment, and maintaining service quality. Bill's expertise includes working with various technologies such as Broadsoft (Cisco), Ribbon Edge devices, Micrsoftsoft Teams, Linux, Oracle SBC's, Sansay, Polycom, Yealink, Cisco Phones, Edgewater routers, Cisco/Linksys Switches, Aastra, Cisco, and Polycom VoIP handsets, and Cisco ASA firewalls.

Bill Reidinger attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Communications Management. Their field of study focused on Graphic Communications.
