Tina Mollers, CPC has extensive work experience in various roles. Tina currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Evolve Med Spa, where they have established and led the HR department, developed HR policies and procedures, and conducted recruitment and selection processes. Tina is also a Life Design Coach at Life Design Project, providing coaching support. In their previous roles, they worked as a Coach at Activate 180, empowering clients using specialized methodologies, and as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Mia Aesthetics, where they improved the Concierge Customer Service department. Tina also served as the Regional Sales Manager at Ideal Image, leading a remote sales team and implementing innovative programs. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Jenny Craig, including Regional Director of Sales and Operations, Center Director, and Weight Loss Coach. Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated expertise in HR processes, performance management, training and development, strategic planning, and customer advocacy.

Tina Mollers, CPC, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music and Education from Concordia College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the "Certificate in Human Resource Management" from MindEdge Learning and Canvas Credentials (Badgr), which they obtained in February 2023. Tina also completed the "Inclusive Mindset" certification from LinkedIn in December 2022. Furthermore, they hold certifications in "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" and "The Human Resources Hero" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2022. Tina Mollers acquired the "Level 1: Certified Professional Coach" certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute in June 2022. Tina also completed the "Elite Life Coach Training and Certification" from The Coach Mindset in February 2014. Lastly, they received a "Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management" from Villanova University in 2005.
