Rochelle Franklin

Rochelle Franklin has had a diverse range of roles in their work experience. Rochelle has worked as a Lead Instructional Designer at Evolve since 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Instructional Designer Supervisor and Senior Instructional Designer at Percepta from 2019 to 2023. Rochelle also worked as a Training Specialist and was responsible for facilitating new hire training curriculum at Percepta. Before joining Percepta, Rochelle worked at SunGard as a Training & Design Specialist, Training and Design Associate, and Application Support Specialist from 2011 to 2019. Rochelle has also worked as an Account Manager at Calumet Meat Co and as an Independent Business Agent at Primerica. Early in their career, they served as an Executive Team Leader at Target, where they managed merchandising and sales goals.

Rochelle Franklin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in the years 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in October 2021, an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2021, Project Management for Learning Professionals Certificate from ATD in 2020, and a Training Certificate from ATD in 2014.
