She has over 20 years of experience in administrative support, with a strong focus on organization, conscious communication, and mindfulness.

Monique believes in the importance of emotional and spiritual well-being, and she incorporates this philosophy into her approach when supporting individuals and teams. Monique is also a certified Reiki practitioner who enjoys learning about integrative wellness, the evolution of consciousness, and regenerative culture.
