Jill L. Barrett

Jill L. Barrett, ACC is one of the country’s most creative and effective leadership coaches. Named a top innovator who is shaping Washington, DC's future by Washington Life Magazine, Jill is a sought-after coach, speaker and consultant. Her focus is on modern leadership and team alignment, leveraging tools such as mindfulness, authentic communication, emotional intelligence, somatic awareness and work/life balance.

Jill founded Evolve in 2015 to help organizations meet the expectations of a new social contract for the workplace. Jill is Conscious Business Coach at BetterUp, Member of the External Relations Committee of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate. She is a long-time coach at Veterati, a digital platform that supports transitioning veterans. Jill has spoken at the annual Global Leadership Forum for the State Department, the annual WE Prosper Summit for WealthEngine and other local convenings. She is former Director at Ashoka, a global NGO and the world's largest network of social entrepreneurs and former Public Liaison to the technology sector on behalf of the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer.

She lives in Washington, DC with her life partner and has a daughter she adores who is navigating young adulthood brilliantly.
