Sultan Ali Syed

Sultan Ali Syed currently serves as the Team Leader of Data Operations at EvolveBPM, LLC since May 2024. Previously, Sultan held the position of Operations Team Lead at XDBS Worldwide from December 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing client requirements on live campaigns and leading a team of 17 Research Analyst Associates. Prior to that, Sultan worked at STARTEK from October 2019 to December 2020 in various roles, including Senior Market Research Analyst and Market Research Analyst, as well as Network Technical Support, demonstrating strong skills in client management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Sultan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Manipal Institute of Technology.
