Jay Stortzum completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, attending from 1987 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "IBM Cloud Pak for Automation - Architect" certification from IBM in January 2022. Jay has also acquired the "IBM Open Data Platform" certification, although the institution, month, and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
